Disclosure Of Non-Applicability Of SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 Dated November 26 2018 With Respect To Large Corporate

Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26 2018 we confirm that NINtec Systems Limited is not a Large Corporate as per the applicability criteria mentioned in clause 2.2 of the said Circular. Hence the requirement of submission of annual disclosure as referred in Annexure B1 of the aforesaid SEBI Circular is not applicable.
