With reference to BSE Limited email dated 25th May 2023 regarding Discrepancies observed in the disclosureunder Regulation 7(2) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and in furtherance to our XBRL E-filling for disclosure under Regulation 7(2) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 submitted on 10th April2023 for Mr. Yatin Sanjay Gupte Wardwizard Solutions India Private Limited Garuda Mart India Private Limited and Aevas Business Solutions Private Limited. Pursuant to Forfeiture of 1358403 partly paid-up shares which was approved by Board of Directors at its Meeting held on 31st March 2023 owing to change in percentage of holding of Promoter & Promoter group of the Company while filing XBRL we have kept Number of shares and Transaction Value as ZERO. Kindly ignore our filling of XBRL dated 10th April 2023 with the change in percentage of the following Promoter & Promoter group attached herewith
