We refer to our letter dated 16th May 2023 on the captioned subject.Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 In this subject we wish to inform you that the Board of Director of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Friday 26th May 2023 have inter-alia considered and approved the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/year ended 31st March 2023 duly reviewed by the Audit Committee. The said financial results duly signed by the Director of the company along with the statutory auditors report with unmodified opinion thereon are enclosed for your perusal and records. A declaration is given in compliance to Regulation 33(3)d of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 as amended by the SEBI (LODR) (Amendment) Regulation 2016 vide notification no.
