Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 please find enclosed herewith the information received from Link Intime India Private Limited (RTA) regarding the loss of Share Certificate with a request for issue of Duplicate Share Certificate in lieu thereof. Therefore the Exchanges are requested to inform all the Broker Members and Investors not to deal in the aforesaid Share Certificate in any manner. Further the letter of confirmation will be issued in lieu of the duplicate share certificate only after the necessary formalities are carried out.Please take the above on your record.
