This is to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. Monday May 29 2023 have considered and approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and financial ended March 31 2023 along with Audit Reports from the Statutory Auditors of the Company thereon; and Interim Dividend of Re. 0.23/- per equity share having face value of Re. 1/- per share (i.e. 23%) for the Financial Year 2022-23.
