With reference to the captioned subject and subject to Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform that Ms. Priyanka Jain (ACS-60266) has tendered her resignation from the post of as whole - time Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f 1st June 2023 due to personal reasons.The company has accepted her resignation and she will be relieved from the responsibilities with effect from 1st June 2023.The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations are provided in Annexure -A.
