With reference to the application submitted by Swaraj Engines Limited (the Company) on 16th February 2023 regarding the reclassification of Kirloskar Industries Limited (KIL) from Promoter category to Public category pursuant to Regulation 31A of the Listing Regulations we wish to inform you that the Company has received approval from both the Stock Exchanges i.e. BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on 30th May 2023 for the re-classification of KIL from Promoter category to the Public category. Consequently KIL is now re-classified as Public Shareholder and its shareholding in the Company is NIL..
