Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A under Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we authorised our RTA i.e. Purva Sharegistry (India) Private Limited for sending letter to the shareholders of the Company holding shares in physical form requesting them to update their PAN KYC and Nomination details in compliance with SEBI Circular bearing reference no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/37 dated March 16 2023.The copy of letter to the shareholders is enclosed herewith for your information and records.
