Mphasis Consulting Limited a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has today signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in eBECS Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of DXC UK International Operations Limited) (the Acquisition) subject to fulfilment of closing conditions.
