In conformity with the Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the Duplicate Share Certificate has been issued in lieu of the Share Certificate reported to be misplaced/lost pursuant to the approval of the members of Stakeholders Relationship Committee on June 01 2023.This is to inform that Certificate No. 62510 for 75 Equity Shares bearing Distinctive No(s). 10254717-10254791 in name of ISHVERLALSAKARLALMEHTA mentioned as reported to be lost in our letter to BSE and NSE dt. May 23 2023 has been found undelivered at the end of the RTA of the Company therefore no duplicate Share Certificate has been issued in lieu of the Certificate No. 62510. Further in terms of the circular ref. no.SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25 2022 issued by SEBI a Letter of Confirmation shall be issued to the concerned shareholder for submission to his DP along with DRF for credit of shares electronically in the Demat Account of Shareholder.
