Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby furnish the details of loss of share certificates received from Link Intime India Private Limited Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of our Company against the request from shareholder for issue of duplicate share certificates and accordingly RTA has marked stop transfer until Duplicate Share Certificates are issued.
