Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of Listing Regulations we write to inform you that the Company has received information on 06th June 2023 from Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) i.e. Link Intime India Private Limited regarding stop transfer registration/ procedure for duplicate share certificate in respect of loss of share certificates.
