This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and amendments made thereunder and Companys Code of Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders (Code of Conduct) the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons covered under the Code of Conduct from 01st July 2023 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending 30th June 2023.Accordingly all the Designated Persons Connected person and their immediate relatives of the Company have been advised not to trade in Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
