This is further to our letter dated 17th June 2023 informing you about the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held today on Monday the 26th June 2023 inter-alia to consider and approve and take on record the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2023.We now wish to inform you that the Board Meeting held on Monday the 26th June 2023 stood adjourned without approving the financial results and meeting of Audit Committee and Board will be again conveyed for approving the financial results
