This is to inform you that pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (as amended) read with Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading the Trading window for trading in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons of the company and their relatives from 1st July 2023 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Financial Result for the quarter ended on 30th June 2023. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Financial Result of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June 2023 will be informed in due course.
