This is to inform you that in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time and in accordance with Companys Internal Code of Practices & Procedures for prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in securities of RSD Finance Limited shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relative(s) from 1st July 2023 till 48 hours after dissemination of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on June 30 2023.The date of the Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated in due course.
