Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider) Regulation 2015 as amended and Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of Duro Pack Limited (hereinafter referred to as) the Company the trading window for dealing in the Equity Share of the Company shall remain closed from July 01 2023 till 48 hour after the end of Board Meeting wherein interalia : The Approval of unaudited Financial Result for the Quarter ended on June 30 2023 would be considered and approved.
