we wish to you inform you that in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended read with companys code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will remain closed for all Designated Persons of the company from Saturday 1st July 2023 till 48 hours after declaration of financial results of the company for the quarter ended 30th June 2023. The date of meeting of Board of Directors for consideration and approval of financial results of the company for the quarter ended 30th June 2023 will be intimated in due course.
