We wish to inform you that in terms of the provisions of sub-regulations (1) of Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 read with BSE circular No. List/Comp/01/2019-20 dated 02/04/2019 and in terms of the companys code of consuct to regulate monitor and report trading by insiders the trading window of the company for all Directors KMPs Designated employees and their immediate relatives is closed from immediate effect (i.e. 1st July 2023) till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter ended on 30th June 2023.The date of Board Meeting of the company for approving the un-Audited financial results for the quarter ended on 30th June 2023 will be intimated in due course.
