Pursuant to Companies Code of Conduct formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Directors Officers Designated Persons Insider (as defined in the code) and their immediate relatives from Saturday 01st July 2023 till 48 hours from the announcement of the outcome of the Board Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held and approve the unaudited Finacial results of the Company for the first quarter ended on June 302023 of the Finacial year 2023-24.
