In accordance with the provision of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time and the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading in Securities by Insiders (hereinafter referred to as the Prohibition of Insider Trading Code) the Trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company for all the Insiders Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives) as defined in the Code shall remain closed from July 012023 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 302023.The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial result for the quarter ended June 302023 shall be intimated separately in due course.
