Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provision od SEBI LODR as amended this is to bring to your kind notice that Mr. Sanjeev Dubey has resigned from the services of the company and shall cease to be the Chief Financial Officer of the Pentokey Organy (India) Limited with effect from close of business hours of 30th June 2023.
