In terms of Regulation 57(5) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 We hereby confirm that the company has not issued and has no non-convertible preference shares NCDs/Bonds or any other non-convertible securities during the quarter ended 30th June 2023. Therefore the provisions in terms of Regulation 57(5) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 is not applicable to our company.
