Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation 2015 (LODR) and in accordance with the requirements of sub-clause 16(i) of Para A of Schedule III of the LODR we hereby inform you that the undersigned is in receipt of resolution plan in sealed envelops from Six (6) prospective resolution applicants in response to Request for Resolution Plan (RFRP) dated 07 February 2023 issued in respect to the corporate insolvency resolution process of Asian Hotels(West) Limited (Corporate Debtor) in terms of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code 2016 read with the rules and regulations framed thereunder as amended from time to time.The sealed envelops containing Resolution Plans shall be opened before the Committee of Creditors on the date that is to be separately informed to the Resolution Applicants. The authorised representatives of the Resolution Applicants may remain present at the time of opening of respective sealed Resolution Plans.
