Members are hereby informed that Mr. Mineketan Nayak has resigned as Independent Director of the Company and in his place the Company has appointed Mr. Gaurav Tibe as Independent Director in his place subject to approval of members in forthcoming AGM.The details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 has been provided in the attachment; together with Resignation Letter from Mr. Mineketan Nayak.
