Sheetal Cool Products Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 18/07/2023 inter alia to consider and approve un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June 2023. In compliance with the requirements of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time the trading window has been closed for Designated persons including Promoters Directors senior managerial personnel along with their immediate relatives and other connected persons from 1st July 2023 and shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours from the time the result for the quarter ended on 30th June 2023 becomes generally available.
