With reference to the letters received from Mr. Kadiri Ramachandra Reddy and Mrs. Kadiri Pratibha Reddy requesting them re-classify from Promoter group to Public Shareholders we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors in their Meeting held today i.e. 17-July-2023 has considered and approved the requests to reclassify them as Public share holders subject to the approvals of the Shareholders of the Company and BSE and any such approvals as necessary.
