SRU Steels Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/07/2023 inter alia to consider and approve (a)Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30 2023 in pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015; (b) Any other business with the permission of the chair. Further pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for designated persons (including directors) and their immediate relatives from July 01 2023 till 48 hours from the date of conclusion of Board Meeting.
