We have to inform you under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 that our Independent Director Mr. Radhey Shyam Agarwal has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 23rd July 2023. The detailed reasons for his resignation and the confirmation that there are no other material reasons other than what is stated in the letter are also attached herewith.
