In compliance with relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (`MCA) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India the Notice convening the AGM and the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2022-23 has been sent to all the members of the Company whose email addresses are registered with the Company/Registrar and Transfer Agent/Depository Participants.The AGM of the Company will be held on Friday 18th August 2023 at 3.00 p.m. through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means in accordance with the aforesaid circulars.The Notice of AGM along with the Annual Report for the financial year 2022-23 is also available on the website of the Company at www.ramaphosphates.com
