This is in furtherance to our letter dated 26th June 2023 communicating the date of Board Meeting for consideration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2023. Please find enclosed the Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the quarter ended 30th June 2023 which was approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. 28th July 2023. The said results were reviewed by the Audit Committee of directors at its meeting held earlier during the day. A copy of the Limited Review Reports by the auditors on the said financial results are also enclosed.The copy of the Press Release being issued in this regard is also attached.The board meeting commenced at 12.00 Noon and concluded at 1.30 PM.
