Venture capital and corporate investments pvt ltd as Registrar and share transfer agent (RTA) as per regulation 7(1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.We further like to inform your good office that the company has not issued any Non convertible debt securities Non convertible Redeemable preference shares (NCRPS) and Commercial paper or any other instruments and as such the SEBI CIrcular dated 13th November 2020 is not applicable to the company
