EMPIRE INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/08/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 & 33 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday 11th August 2023 Via Video Conferencing/OAVM inter alia to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2023. Further kindly note that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992 and in continuation of our earlier intimation the trading window for dealing in the Companys shares remain closed from 1st June 2023 upto 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2023.
