The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29 2023 at Registered office of the company has inter alia considered and approved the recommendation of Final dividend i.e. 3% on face value of Rs. 1/- per share for the Financial Year 2022-23 instead of previously proposed interim dividend to be distributed among our shareholders subject to approval of shareholders at upcoming annual general meeting of the Company which is scheduled to be held on 28th August 2023.
