Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain Closed from 20.08.2023 to 26.08.2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of final dividend. The dividend if approved at the AGM will be paid to those members whose names appear in the Companys register as on 26.08.2023 and in respect of equity shares held in dematerialized form to those beneficial owners of the equity shares at the end f business hours as on 19.08.2023 as per the details furnished by the depositories for this purpose.Kindly make note of the above and arrange to announce the same to the members.
