HINDUSTAN APPLIANCES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/08/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday 09th August 2023 to consider and approve inter alia the Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2023.Further pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading we have already intimated to the Stock Exchange that the Trading Window for all Directors and Designated Employees of the Company for trading /dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1st July 2023 till 11th August 2023 i.e. the end of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2023
