In continuation to our letter dated July 26 2023 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Thursday August 03 2023 has inter-alia approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30 2023 along with the Limited Review Report thereon as reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations. The declaration as per Regulation 33(3)(d) of the Listing Regulations and the Performance Indicators being shared with the analyst/ Institutional Investors for the said period are also enclosed.<BR> <BR> The Board Meeting commenced at 1400 hours and concluded at 1700 hours.
