ADVANI HOTELS & RESORTS (INDIA) LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/08/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday August 10 2023 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30 2023. Further as intimated earlier the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of Company by all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives has been closed for purpose of declaration of the aforesaid Financial Results and shall remain closed up expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the said Financial Results. Accordingly the Window shall effectively open on and from start of trading hours on Monday August 14 2023.
