Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI(Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that the Honble NCLT New Delhi Bench vide its order dated 28.07.2023 pronounced on 01.08.2023 has admitted the application filed by Canara Bank ( Financial Creditor) and accordingly the corporate insolvency process (CIRP) has commenced of the Company w.e.f. 28.07.2023
