Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP)-Appointment of Interim Resolution Professional (IRP)

Pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI(Listing Regulation and Disclosure requirement) regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Honble NCLT New Delhi bench vide its order dated 28.07.2023 pronounced on 01.08.2023 has admitted the application filed by Canara Bank (Financial Creditor) and according the CIRP has commenced of the company w.e.f. 28.07.2023.Furthermore Honble NCLT New Delhi bench has also approved the appointment of Mr. Deepak Maini as the Interim resolution Professional (IRP) to conduct the CIRP of the Company.
