Atam Valves Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Un- Audited Financial Results and Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the Quarter ended on 30th June 2023.Further as intimated earlier vide letter dated 30th June 2023 this is to inform you that pursuant to the Companys code of conduct framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for persons specified under the Code shall remain closed from Saturday 01st July 2023 to Wednesday 16th August 2023 (Both days inclusive).
