ASIAN PETROPRODUCTS & EXPORTS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Dear Sir/MaamPursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday August 14 2023 inter alia to considering Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter ended on 30th June 2023.Closing of Trading Window:In compliance of SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 we have vide our letter dated 30th June 2023 informed you that the trading window will remain closed from Friday the 30th June 2023. Since the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday the 14th August 2023 for considering Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarterended on 30th June 2023. The trading window will remain closed up to Wednesday the 16th August 2023 and shall reopen from Thursday the 17th August 2023.Kindly take the same on your records.Thanking you
