Umiya Tubes Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2023 inter alia to consider and approve With reference to the above we have to inform you that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 14th August 2023 at Gandhinagar fortaking on record Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June 2023.In continuation of our letter dated 1st July 2023 the period of closure of trading window shall be from 1st July 2023 till 16th August 2023 (Both days inclusive) i.e. 48 hours from the declaration of financial result for the quarter ended on 30th June 2023.This is as per Regulation 29 and other relevant Regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
