Vani Commercials Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 notice is hereby given that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday 14th August 2023 at 12:00 P.M. through Video Conferencing inter alia to consider the following matters:1) To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June 2023.2) Such other matter with the permission of chair.Further note that in accordance with the Insider Trading Policy duly adopted by the Board of Directors the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company had been closed from 1st July 2023 and would remain closed till 48 hours from the declaration of financial results.
