With reference to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that as required in terms of Regulation 30 33 and other applicable provisions of Listing Regulations the Board of Directors of Inspirisys Solutions Limited at its meeting held on 8th August 2023 has inter alia 1. Considered and approved the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2023 on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. 2. A copy of the Limited Review Report from the Auditors for the period ended 30th June 2023. It is further informed that the Board Meeting commenced at 12:15 PM and ended at 4:45 PM.
