Approval of un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2023 along with the Limited Review Report thereon. 2. Approval of Boards Report on the operation of the Company along with required annexure and Management Discussion and Analysis Report for the year ended 31st March 2023.3. Other routine businesses with the permission of Chair.
