Siti Networks Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2023 inter alia to consider and approve This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of SITI Networks Limited (the Company) will be held on Monday the 14th day of August 2023 inter-alia to consider approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Statements of the Company both on standalone and consolidated basis for the first quarter of the financial year 2023-24 and three months ended on June 30 2023. Further as intimated earlier the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company which has been closed from July 1 2023 in pursuance of Insider Trading Code of the Company shall remain closed until August 16 2023.
