The Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company at its respective meetings held on 8th August 2023 have approved the re-appointment of Mr. Aasheesh Verma (DIN: 08199653) as an Independent Director on the Board of the Company not liable to retire by rotation for the second term for a period of 5 (five) consecutive years w.e.f. 13th August 2023 to 12th August 2028 subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company by way of a Special Resolution.
