We refer to our disclosure dated 4th August 2023 wherein it was informed that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on 4th August 2023 had inter-alia approved acquisition of entire stake in Pacific Plywoods Pvt. Ltd. (PPPL) from existing shareholders of PPPL.In continuation thereof we wish to inform you that the Company has completed the acquisition of entire stake of PPPL today i.e. 8th August 2023. Consequently PPPL has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company w.e.f. 8th August 2023. Other details to be disclosed in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 and SEBI Circular dated 13th July 2023 have already been submitted with our intimation dated 4th August 2023.
