The venue of the Annual General Meeting is Govind Dalvi Sabhagruh Aarey Road Above Bank of Maharashtra Goregaon West Mumbai - 400104.The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 2.30 P.M and concluded at 3.30 P.M.You are requested to take the same on record.
